We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities.
What We Have Done
- Text and buttons use colors with sufficient contrast for easier reading.
- Every page can be navigated with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and “Skip to main content” links.
- Images include text descriptions, and icon-only links have readable labels.
- Forms have clear labels and support browser autofill.
- Pages use proper headings, landmarks and page language so assistive technology can interpret them.
- We regularly test the site with automated tools and manual keyboard checks.
Third-Party Content
Some features, such as payment-plan calculators, maps and social media links, are provided by outside companies. We choose partners carefully and configure their tools as accessibly as we can, but we do not control all of their content.
